On Saturday, 28th February 2026, Kairali Nurses Forum successfully hosted the Career Progression Workshop at the Britannia Airport Hotel, Manchester — bringing together over 40 passionate and ambitious nursing professionals for a truly inspiring day.

The event began with a welcome address by Kairali UK National Secretary, Naveen Harikumar, who reminded us that career progression begins with self-belief, courage, and community support.
